Multitask Human Resource Foundation Ltd Environmental Management Statement

Multitask's vision of "People with disabilities living, working and sharing equally in the community" has underpinned the provision of a unique, wide ranging group of services, aiming to increase the independence of people with disabilities and supporting them to make informed choices about the way they wish to live their lives.

Multitask delivers these services  in several  settings, these include Day Service programs both centre and community based, supported accommodation, long term and through emergency respite, supported employment through our Australia Disability Enterprise.

Multitask is committed to ensuring its services are delivered in a manner that has minimal impact on the environment through a variety of environmentally sustainable initiatives and will:

• Commit to fostering the sustainable use of the earth’s resources to minimise the impact on the land
• Comply with all relevant environmental legislation and regulations
• Incorporate environmental best practice into plans and management processes
• Undertake responsible resource management practices that aim to prevent pollution and reduce waste
• Work closely with our clients, suppliers and other stakeholders to continually improve our business processes which may affect the environment
• Explore best practice and innovative environmental activities through education thereby building a strong environmental awareness
• Communicate this Environmental Statement to all employees and stakeholders
