Life Choices

Life Choices offers flexible day programs and activities to meet individual needs/goals through a range of service types which will evolve with the changing needs interests and skills of the individual.

The focus of the program is to

  • assist people with moderate to very high support needs aged 25 to 54 to achieve
    their goals and participate as valued and active members of society;
  • provide flexible day programs and activities that meet individual's goals, health and
    activity levels, life-stage, interests, and changing support needs;
  • provide support for longer term future planning for adults with a disability and their
    families and carers; and
  • increase access to support, and culturally appropriate activities, for Aboriginal and
    Torres Strait Islander people and people of culturally and linguistically diverse
    backgrounds.

We offer an extensive range of programs, some of which include kayaking, dance parties, art, music and various life skills. For an appointment to find out more or to have a current copy of Life Choices program options sent to you, please contact the Team Leader on 02 6627 5024.
